Are all products that Kick Connect sell authentic ? 

Yes , everything that we sell is guaranteed 100% authentic. We do not sell any unauthorized , or any grey market sneakers. The sneakers that we sell can be thoroughly 

Inspected, everything's is brand new condition , and never worn. We do not accept any worn or " super fakes  " from people who consign with us . 

Can I return unwanted products that was purchased ? 

As of right now, no. The reason why we do not accept returns is because often times people send back shoes that have been worn or they simply don't send back the right shoe. To avoid all loses we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

How long does it take to receive my shoes? 

To avoid all loses and to prevent scammers from purchasing our products, after purchasing we allow up to 2-4 days for your payment to successfully clear. After your payment clear you will receive pictures of your shoe to your email so that you can see that our products are 100% authentic. After we receive confirmation that u receive your pictures we mail out as soon as possible. If you so happen to not receive your pictures just be patient they will arrive. All together shipping takes about 12 business days depending on how fast you confirm that you received the pictures. 

How does your pre-order system work? 

If you were one of the people who pre-ordered a sneaker(s) in time before the pre-order deadline, your slot will be filled in and your shoe will be mailed off and you will receive them on the day of the release. Depending on your location your order may arrive 2-3 days after the release date. How ever we will try our best to get them there on the release date
